Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Camarines Norte Province said about 30 kilometer- boulevard roads are for implementation that will connect 5 towns in the province.
According to DPWH District Engineer Edwin Bermal, already finished is the 8-kilometer Cory Aquino Boulevard that connects Talisay, Daet and Mercedes.
Targetted to finish is the Boulevard linking the towns of Paracale, Vinzons, up to Basud.
