JJ Pilapil, Board Member of Camarines Sur representing 4th District, got the young and millennial votes in 2019 owing to his youthful image.
A first termer, rumors currently going the rounds say the political clans opposing the Villafuertes are eyeing him for the Vice Governor post, a challenge to incumbent re-electionist Imelda Papin.
The political clans who are focused in unseating the Villafuertes are the Andaya Group, the Fuentebellas of 4th District, and the Alfelors of 5th District.
According to JJ’s spokesman, Russell Rosero, the Board Member has plans to improve the health care system of the Province as the people are afraid to go out to hospitals due to risks of getting infected with Covid 19.
Rosero said BM Pilapil will stay long in Camarines Sur politics being a young, upcoming, emerging provincial leader.
“Watch for him, JJ is going places,” said Rosero.
