As the main aqua-agri sector farmers and fisherfolks of Sorsogon received financial assistance from Malacanan when PBBM visited Albay a forthnight ago.
In their behalf the assistance was receive by Governor Edwin Hamor who expressed confidence that the Palace strongly support the agriculture sector and his gratitude to PBBM for the inclusion of Sorsogon as one of the beneficiaries of the program.
Thirteen million pesos was the amount granted which will be distributed to qualified fisherfolks and farmers of the province which will be monitored that it will be spent to increase the production of their livelihood.
Also present in the event is Agriculture Secretary Francisco Laurel Jr. and other cabinet secretaries.
