A boat floating in the sea with a lifeless fisherman on board was found by other fishermen near the San Bernardino Lighthouse, Bulusan, Sorsogon, Tuesday morning at 6:00 am, October 18, 2022.
According to the two fishermen from Matnog, they chanced upon the boat with the body.
The fishermen said they hastily returned to the bank to inform the authorities.
They were supposed to go fishing that morning.
Authorities had investigated the incident and were trying to know the identity of the fisherman and cause of death.
Investigators found a written Masbate address on the boat.
